Several kit elements within one enclosure
The intended application was a travel kit containing healthcare-related items. The brief therefore concerned a set of contents presented together.
Dividers and foam were both included in the specification. Their presence gave the internal arrangement more structure than an open, undivided box.
Dividers and foam as distinct internal components
Dividers separate areas of a layout, while foam provides an insert material within the enclosure. Including both makes their relationship an important part of the packaging configuration.
The 6.5 × 4-inch footprint and 2-inch depth defined the surrounding box. The kit, dividers and foam need to be understood as a complete arrangement within that format.
Gloss-laminated printing around the kit
The printed box supplied the external presentation, with gloss lamination setting the surface finish. The magnetic-closure style established the enclosure around the compartmented interior.
The project thus had two presentation layers: the branded outer box and the arrangement revealed when it opened. Each had a documented place in the brief.
A kit specification with a defined internal layout
This 100-box order brought together magnetic closure, dividers, foam and gloss-laminated printing for a travel-kit application.
The particular combination matters. Both separation and an insert material were included, making the internal layout a substantial feature of the project.
