Does a drawer box slide smoothly under any product weight?
No, smooth sliding is not established for every product weight. Provide the packed weight and dimensions so the sleeve, tray and support arrangement can be assessed for the actual contents.
Do we have to order a physical sample?
Physical sampling is optional. Existing and custom sample options can be discussed for the project. Choose a sample that represents what you need to review; its type, cost and timing are project-specific, and sample charges are credited against the final production order.
