20 Magnetic Apparel Boxes with Foil, Debossing and Spot UV

An apparel-and-accessory order combined a small quantity with a broad presentation format. The brief specified 20 magnetic boxes measuring 15 × 11 × 3.5 inches.

Printing, matte lamination, foil, debossing and spot UV formed an unusually detailed surface-treatment specification for that run.

A broad box for apparel and accessories

The recorded contents included apparel and related accessories. The overall presentation therefore involved the arranged contents rather than a single unfolded garment dimension.

The 15 × 11-inch footprint gave the project a broad rectangular plan. A 3.5-inch depth completed the enclosing format around the presentation.

03

Magnetic closure in a large rectangular format

The magnetic-closure style supplied the box construction. The dimensions made the physical enclosure a substantial part of the project despite the small 20-box quantity.

Length, width and depth all contribute to the presentation profile. Those proportions establish the box format without assigning an unrecorded layout to the contents.

04

Several distinct finishes in one specification

Matte lamination set the low-gloss surrounding surface. Foil supplied a metallic treatment, debossing added a recessed impression and spot UV introduced selective gloss.

The project specified those treatments alongside printing. Their different characteristics make artwork placement and the relationship between treated areas important to the overall presentation.

05

A small run with a detailed finishing brief

The order paired 20 magnetic boxes with a 15 × 11 × 3.5-inch format and a multi-treatment printed presentation.

Its distinctive detail is the combination of a broad apparel enclosure and several separate surface effects within a focused quantity.
