A coordinated exterior and internal arrangement
The brief used a sleeve-box construction rather than a magnetic-closure format. It also specified foam inserts, making the internal arrangement a substantial part of the package.
The 1.5-inch depth kept the overall profile shallow relative to its footprint. That relationship brings the thickness of the contents and insert assembly into the packaging discussion.
Foam within a sleeve-box format
The sleeve and foam perform different roles in the specification. One defines the enclosure, while the other provides an internal configuration around the intended contents.
The near-square dimensions gave the project a broad presentation area without a deep box profile. The sleeve format and foam therefore needed to be understood as a complete arrangement.
Debossing, matte lamination and black ribbon
Debossing introduced a recessed impression to the surface treatment. Matte lamination specified the low-gloss finish, while black ribbon added a separate presentation detail.
Together, those features supplied several ways to shape the package visually and physically. Each is a distinct part of the order rather than an interchangeable description of branding.
A 300-box specification with several presentation layers
This order combined sleeve construction, foam inserts and a three-part presentation treatment: debossing, matte lamination and black ribbon.
Its useful lesson is the connection between the enclosure and the internal format. The presentation depended on both, with the surface details completing the specification.
