The watch and pillow as one presentation
The intended use was to present and keep watches. The pillow was therefore a central element of the package rather than an unrelated decorative addition.
A watch wraps around its presentation support, so the product, band and pillow form an arrangement within the enclosure. The box specification needs to be considered around that complete arrangement.
A compact two-piece watch box
The 3.5 × 3-inch footprint and 3-inch depth produced a relatively tall compact format. The two-piece construction separated the enclosure from the pillow-supported product presentation.
That relationship is the defining structural detail of this 500-box order. The watch support and surrounding box belong to the same dimensional discussion.
Velvet inside, gloss-laminated printing outside
The black velvet pillow specified the internal presentation material. Gloss lamination gave the printed outer surfaces a different finish.
The project therefore combined two distinct visual treatments: the pillow around the watch and the branded enclosure around the whole arrangement. Their roles were different, but both were part of the same presentation.
A watch-packaging order with a defined internal support
The specification brought 500 two-piece boxes together with black velvet pillows, printing and gloss lamination.
For teams managing watch packaging, this project illustrates why the support inside the box matters as much as the visible exterior. The product presentation begins with the complete watch-and-pillow arrangement.
