Custom Promotional Kits
Put the sample and its offer in context, with promotional information given a deliberate place beside the products it explains.
Bring the product sample and campaign message together
A promotional kit gives the recipient a product to explore and information explaining the offer or campaign. Those elements need to be understood together. The packaging provides a physical introduction to the promotion and a place for the supplied explanation beside the sample.
SleekBoxes makes custom promotional kit boxes around the complete sample set and final collateral formats. Your supplied artwork connects the selection to the campaign. Recipients can see what's inside and learn more about the offer as they open the box.
Final information formats determine their space
A folded leaflet and a flat card have different footprints and thicknesses. Using the packed formats in the design explains a defined place alongside the sample assortment.
Choose one sample or a comparative selection
A single promotional sample can carry a short offer; a selection may need information that distinguishes the products. Establish that purpose using the actual containers and final collateral. This helps you plan the layout of your promotional kit, with enough room for the product samples and the information you want recipients to read.
Introduce the offer through the supplied artwork
The exterior can identify the campaign before the sample is uncovered. Interior artwork or supplied collateral can carry the supporting explanation. Give those messages distinct roles in the design so the package and its printed materials introduce one offer without repeating the same wording on every surface.
Keep the sample and offer information connected
A promotional sample needs context: what it is and how it relates to the campaign. Give the supplied information a place that remains understandable as samples are removed. Review the final leaflet or card format with the products so the explanation is not reduced to whatever space remains after the box is sized.
Distinguish artwork changes from new physical sets
Two promotions may share the same samples but use different wording, or introduce a new container that changes the layout. Identify those differences in the brief. The quotation can then address the packaging actually required rather than treating all campaign variants as identical.
Making promotional kit projects easier for your agency
Already have the branding and artwork? Send it over, and we'll work on a packaging layout that fits your promotional kit. There's no charge for design support or dielines. If you need to show your client a sample before moving ahead, we can look at existing options or make one to your specifications. We'll confirm the cost and timing based on what you choose, and the sample fee will go toward your final production order.
We can also sign an NDA and send the finished packaging straight to your client. Just give us the shipping address and let us know what should appear on the sender label before we confirm the order.
Share the samples and final collateral
Share your kit dimensions, material details, campaign versions, order quantity, and delivery date.
We’ll prepare a custom quotation for the contents, artwork, and delivery requirements you have described.

Should leaflet dimensions use the folded format?
Yes. Use the size and thickness that will be packed. A folded leaflet can change the arrangement even when the sample products stay the same.
Can the kit carry different offer messages?
Provide approved artwork versions and quantities. We assess their production requirements alongside the common or different physical assortments; version methods and pricing are confirmed for the order.
Are custom promotional kits durable enough to hold both heavy and lightweight items?
Yes, but the inside needs to be planned around the weight of each item. A heavier product may need a fitted insert or extra support, while lighter items can sit in smaller compartments. This helps prevent the contents from shifting around when the kit is moved.
Can promotional kits be designed for trade shows and events?
Yes. For trade shows, exhibitions, and brand events, the kit can be designed to hold giveaways, product samples, information cards, and other materials you want visitors to take home. The size and opening style can also be planned around how the kits will be displayed or handed out.
Is it possible to have separate compartments for different promotional items?
Yes. If your kit includes several items, we can add dividers or custom inserts to give each one its own space. This works well when you're packing things like bottles, notebooks, pens, sample packs, or printed promotional cards together.
