Custom Press Kit Box

Introduce the story through its physical contents, with approved press information accessible beside the item that gives the campaign context.

Give the media story a tangible point of reference

A press kit connects approved information to a product or object the recipient can examine. The package helps establish what the story concerns and how its physical contents relate to the supplied materials. It gives the media introduction a form that can be explored at the recipient's own pace.

We make custom press kit boxes around the actual items and final information formats. SleekBoxes develops the presentation with your supplied campaign artwork. The packaging brings the physical sample and its approved description together in one place, making it easy for media recipients to view and understand both.

The documents belong in the dimensional design

A folder, media case, and loose card each affect the arrangement differently. Their final packed formats determine how the information sits beside the item and stays accessible as the contents are explored.

Keep the information usable after the product is removed

A media recipient may examine the product while referring to the supplied press material. Plan how the final documents and packaged item will fit together, so everything is clearly presented and easy to understand. The arrangement should allow the physical reference and its explanation to be explored together rather than treating the opening as a single untouched display.

Give the press introduction a clear identity

The supplied campaign artwork can establish the story before the documents are removed. Develop its placement around the main object and the intended opening so the identity remains recognizable alongside the press material, with final approved versions used for the packaging proof.

Give the press material a useful place beside the product

The physical item establishes what the story concerns, while the approved press information supplies the detail. Decide whether that information appears first or remains accessible beside the item. Use the final formats in the design review so a folder or media case is accommodated deliberately.

Review the package as it will be handed over

Bring the product, documents, and any existing cases into an optional sample review. Check removal, identification and the space left when a component is returned. We produce the package based on the content you send us. Any publicity/online access, or distribution are separate things other than packaging, so are treated accordingly.

Support your agency through approval and delivery

Free artwork-based design support and dielines help turn your supplied brand material into the packaging proposal. Optional existing or custom samples can be discussed for the review you need, with project-specific fees and timing; sample charges are credited against the final production order.

We can work under an NDA and deliver directly to your agency’s client. Provide the destination and any sender-label requirements before the order is agreed.

Should the approved press information be finalized before sizing?

We’ll need to know how everything will fit inside the box. Send us the sizes and thicknesses of your documents, along with details of any folders or cases you plan to include. You can share these even if the final text hasn’t been approved yet.

Can we include products and event materials in the same box?

Yes. You can pack product samples alongside invitations, brochures, USB drives, or press cards. Share what you want to include, and we'll plan the box layout so everything has its place.

Can we print press information inside the lid?

Yes. You can add a campaign introduction, product details, launch message, or brand story to the inside of the lid. This gives the recipient something to read as soon as the box opens, without having to search through the contents.

How can we include a QR code in our press kit box?

A QR code can be printed inside the lid or on a separate card. It can link to your digital press kit, product images, media contact details, or campaign information. Place it somewhere easy to see and scan without removing the products.

How do we organize press kits for an event?

Packing press kits for a large event can get messy. Having a set place for samples, invitations, and event details helps your team pack each box the same way. Guests can also find what they need without having to dig through everything.

Bring your physical campaign contents and press information into one introduction. We develop empty custom press kit boxes around the supplied items and the final size and format of your documents to make sure everything works together before layout finalization.
