Custom Medical Device Demonstration Boxes

Introduce the device with its attachments identifiable and within reach. Develop the demonstration box around the hardware, existing protection and approved materials.

A branded setting for non-clinical device demonstrations

Sales and product teams use device demonstrations to explain hardware through direct handling. The packaging introduces the device, keeps the accompanying pieces identifiable, and provides the information that explains it.

Our custom medical-device demonstration boxes provide an outer presentation for the supplied device set. SleekBoxes develops the packaging around its existing packs and approved brand artwork. This brings the hardware and the supporting information together for sales presentation while keeping the handling requirements in view.

A clear introduction to the device

The device is the main focus, with probes, leads, or attachments placed in relation to it. We develop the outer demonstration box around that complete set, so your team can assess the hardware presentation together with the accessory arrangement.

Room for hardware and approved information

The explanation needs a place alongside the device. Working with the final document formats and existing protection makes the proposal specific to the supplied demonstration set, rather than leaving essential materials to compete for space in the packaging.

Allow for the protection that stays with the device

An existing sleeve or tray may stay around the hardware during a sales demonstration. Include it when measuring the packed device so the outer kit fits its actual size. This affects how easily a device can be removed and the accessory positions. Any other technical requirements must be agreed separately.

Separate the device identity from the instructions

The brand artwork introduces the hardware and the approved demonstration documents explain how it works. Considering their locations together gives the client a specific presentation to review without treating the outer box as a substitute for the device's existing protective packaging.

Review access with the complete device set

A probe, cable, or protective sleeve changes the space around the main unit. Check these together so the demonstration team can reach the hardware without first unpacking unrelated pieces. For a sample review, identify which protective materials stay on the device and which are removed during the presentation.

Keep the demonstration pack distinct from clinical packaging

Use the existing device packaging and approved documents to design the outer presentation box for sales demonstration. Any requirements related to sterility, electrostatic, cleanliness, or handling must be reviewed with your technical team. It needs its own evidence and specification before the packaging construction can be evaluated against it.

Support your agency through approval and delivery

Free artwork-based design support and dielines help turn your supplied brand material into the packaging proposal. Optional existing or custom samples can be discussed for the review you need, with project-specific fees and timing; sample charges are credited against the final production order.

We can work under an NDA and deliver directly to your agency’s client. Provide the destination and any sender-label requirements before the order is agreed.

Describe the device as it will be packed

Include the demonstration model, attachments, existing protective packaging, quantity and required arrival date.

We’ll prepare a custom quotation for the contents, artwork and delivery requirements you have described.

Should existing device protection be included in the dimensions?

Yes. Include every sleeve, tray and protective part that remains with the device during the demonstration. Measure the packed form, then confirm clearance for attachments and demonstration documents. This gives the box and component wells the correct usable dimensions.

Can the box hold several interchangeable accessories?

Yes, the layout can include separate accessory positions for interchangeable attachments. List each item, its packed dimensions, and the removal sequence so the wells retain the device without blocking access during a demonstration.

Do we have to order a physical sample?

Physical sampling is optional. You can request a sample, which can be discussed for the project. Choose a sample that represents what you need to review, including type, cost, and timing, which are project-specific.
