Product Launch Packaging
Find custom packaging for a new product, collection, demonstration set or launch sample assortment. SleekBoxes makes presentation boxes and launch kits around the products you are introducing, with the opening, internal arrangement and printed surfaces developed for the intended first view.
We supply empty packaging for brand teams, agencies and launch producers. Contents, filling and distribution are separate arrangements. There is no minimum order quantity; each quotation reflects the design and quantity. Choose a relevant product option or enquire about a layout for your launch.
Introduce the product with a clear place in the package
A launch presentation should make the new item easy to identify when the package opens. A single product may need an uninterrupted view of its shape and branding. A collection needs an arrangement that shows how the pieces belong together. Demonstration kits also need access to the items people will handle.
The right starting point depends on what you are introducing and how recipients will encounter it. Compare the product options by assortment and intended use, then develop the packaging around the actual contents.
Compare single product, collection and demonstration formats
Analyze how recipients will interact with the product when they open the package. The featured item is the main focus in the product box containing a single item. A collection or discovery set needs an arrangement that shows several products together, so recipients can see the range and select an item to explore.
Retailer launch kits and material swatch presentations focus on making related products or samples easy to compare. Sample kits provide a starting point to introduce products in travel size. These routes help narrow the choice without prescribing one structure for every launch.
Plan orientation and the space around each item
An item displayed upright creates a different first view from the same item lying flat. Its orientation also affects the box depth and how it can be lifted out. Custom inserts can be developed around the chosen arrangement with room for supporting pieces that need to stay beside the main product.
Review these requirements against the intended contents during design. The proposed layout should account for removal and use as well as the closed presentation.
Choose an opening that serves the introduction
A direct opening can present the assortment at once. A hinged or book-style direction can introduce printed information on the cover before revealing the contents. A drawer-style concept offers a pull out presentation. The final structure is developed for the product and the handling you need.
Additional compartments and layers can change the packed size, preparation involved and quotation. Choose them where they give a product, accessory or message a useful role in the opening.
Give the new identity a visible home
Inside and outside printing can connect the product name, campaign artwork and supporting information across the package. Foil can highlight the launch identity, while embossing or debossing adds a raised or recessed detail. Spot UV, matte, gloss or soft-touch finishes provide further visual and tactile options.
Choose the treatment alongside the material and construction so the proposed combination can be confirmed for production.
Approve the presentation before production
Free design support uses your supplied artwork to prepare the layout, dielines and print-ready files. Review the visual proof for the product identity, artwork placement and agreed printed design.
An optional physical sample supports a different decision: how the actual construction opens, how the products fit and how they are removed. Existing or custom samples can be selected for the intended inspection. Type, fee and timing are project-specific, and sample charges are credited against the final production order.
Working with agency and brand approval teams
NDA arrangements and direct delivery to an agency client are available for launch projects managed through your team.

Browse the product options or share the new product or assortment you want to introduce. An approximate quantity is helpful if known. We can develop the presentation and internal layout from there.
