Custom Product Demonstration Kit Boxes
Keep the product, attachments and explanation in the order your presenter needs them, with custom packaging developed around the complete demonstration set.
Custom packaging for demonstrations your team can repeat
A launch presentation or sales meeting often has several people using the same demonstration kit. The product must be introduced properly, with the accessories available when the presenter needs them. A branded kit gives that demonstration a consistent format to present and use the kit.
SleekBoxes makes custom demonstration-kit boxes around the complete product set and its intended use. We develop the packaging with the supplied brand identity, so the equipment and its explanation share one presentation. The box is designed around how the set is opened and handled.
A complete set for the product demonstration
The main unit, a small attachment, and the explanation each have a purpose during demonstration. Our custom demonstration-kit packaging brings them into a defined arrangement, so you can show the client a complete packaging concept rather than a box with accessories added afterward.
Access that follows the presenter's next move
A large unit needs lifting space, and a small accessory needs room to be found and gripped. Developing the layout around those different actions connects the display to the demonstration the presenter will perform.
Keep the explanation available during the demonstration
A presenter may need the instructions while the main unit is out of the box. Decide whether the supplied documents should be reached independently of the hardware, then include their final format in the layout. That choice helps the kit work well throughout the demonstration.
Give the explanation a clear place
The main product needs the most attention, while component labels and the campaign message explain how the items relate to one another. We work from the supplied artwork to create a brand layout can be reviewed with each item arranged as part of a complete kit rather than a collection of unrelated compartments.
Check the kit through a complete demonstration
Bring the main unit, every attachment, and the document set into the same review. A component that looks small on a list can determine where the presenter reaches next or how easily the main product can be lifted out comfortably. An optional physical sample lets the team practice the opening sequence before committing to production.
Give replacement parts an identifiable position
If the kit returns to a sales team after use, the layout should make the intended component positions understandable. Review the return sequence as well as the opening. For instance, a cable folded differently or a booklet placed beneath the unit can change the packed arrangement. Include and discuss the repeat handling in the construction discussion.
Support your agency through approval and delivery
We provide free design support and dielines using your supplied artwork and brand materials. Optional existing or custom samples can be discussed for the review you need, with project-specific fees and timing; sample charges are credited against the final production order.
We can work under an NDA and deliver directly to your agency’s client. Provide the destination and any sender-label requirements before the order is agreed.

Should we send the actual products or just their dimensions?
Send dimensions first, with each component’s weight, packed orientation, and accessory list. Send actual components or representative items for physical review when removal, replacement, return, or retained arrangement affects the box insert and demonstration sequence.
Can the kit be designed for a particular demonstration order?
Yes, the proposed layout can follow your intended sequence. Explain what the presenter removes first and what stays in the box so those actions inform the design and sample review.
Can the box include separate wells for accessories?
Yes, separate component wells can be specified for accessories. Provide the packed dimensions, weight, and replacement frequency for each accessory so the insert supports removal, return, and repeated opening.
