Custom Promotional Boxes
Make the offer clear when the box opens: one featured product or a coordinated bundle, presented in your campaign's artwork.
Turn the promotional offer into a physical presentation
A promotional product reaches the recipient with a particular purpose, such as introducing an offer or accompanying a branded campaign. Its packaging can make that purpose visible before the item is removed. The product and supplied campaign message need to belong to the same presentation.
We make custom promotional boxes for agencies and brand teams commissioning that package. The selected product or bundle shapes the design, while your supplied artwork connects it to the offer. The recipient encounters the campaign through the item being presented and the message around it.
Put the offer in front of the recipient
A single featured item and a promotional bundle need different presentations. Custom promotional packaging lets the actual offer shape the opening, with your supplied campaign identity connecting the products to the reason they are being given.
A package proportioned for the offer
Box size depends on more than how many items go inside. We also consider their packaging, any inserts or printed materials, and how everything will look and feel when your client opens the box.
Distinguish one offer from several physical versions
A campaign can use the same artwork for a single product and a larger promotional bundle. Identify those actual sets before choosing the box proportions. This gives the agency a defined presentation for each offer and separates changes to the contents from changes to the promotional wording.
Carry the campaign identity through the package
A promotion may use a short message on the exterior and more detail at opening. The printing brief should identify which message needs to appear first, then place supporting information where it remains readable beside the products. Specific print surfaces follow the selected construction.
Give a short promotion enough product context
A promotional box may have only a few seconds to explain its purpose at a handover. Use the outside to identify the campaign and the opening to show the offer: a single product, a pair, or a coordinated selection. This makes the artwork decision concrete without relying on a larger box or more decoration.
Review the complete offer before production
Assess the products and final message together. If the offer changes between audiences, separate artwork changes from changes to the physical contents. That distinction helps establish whether the project needs one arrangement or several, and gives the client a clearer basis for approving the quotation.

What is the difference between a promotional box and a promotional kit?
Here, the box is the custom packaging. A kit brief usually adds a defined assortment and explanatory materials. Tell us the actual contents so the proposal reflects the offer being presented.
Can we use different promotional messages on the same box design?
Describe the artwork versions and quantities. Shared dimensions may be possible when the contents remain the same; the production method and cost for the versions are confirmed in the quotation.
Can promotional boxes be made for products with unusual shapes?
Yes. Custom die-cut inserts can be designed around irregular promotional products to minimize movement and improve presentation.
Will the printed promotional box colors match our client's branding?
Pantone spot colors or CMYK printing can be specified according to the design. Exact color appearance depends on the substrate, coating, and approved print proof.
How are multiple giveaway items arranged inside one promotional box?
Custom die-cut inserts or dividers create dedicated spaces for merchandise, samples, cards, and promotional gifts.
