Custom Retailer Launch Kit Boxes

Put the product samples beside the information that helps a retailer explore the range, in packaging developed around the complete launch selection.

Bring the product range into the retailer's hands

A retailer launch conversation connects the physical product to the information supporting the range. Samples let the buyer examine what is being introduced; supplied sales materials provide the context for the discussion. The packaging should give those two parts a clear relationship.

Our custom retailer launch kit boxes bring the selected products and their accompanying sales materials into one branded package. SleekBoxes develops the presentation from the actual contents and your supplied artwork. The retailer can encounter the sample range alongside the information that gives the launch its commercial context.

Product and documents need different space

A sample carton and a sales folder can set different requirements for height and footprint. Their final packed forms guide the arrangement so the supporting information has a deliberate position beside the product.

Choose what leads the retailer conversation

The product sample can introduce the range, while the supplied assortment information supports a closer discussion. Think about what the retailer should see first and what stays visible after they take out the sample. This helps keep the product and printed materials together in a way that makes sense.

Give product and collateral a clear hierarchy

A sample can lead the first view, with the supporting documents explaining the range beside it. Final collateral sizes and product packaging affect that balance. Reviewing both together gives the agency a practical basis for developing the launch presentation before production.

Help the retailer connect the product to the range

The sample introduces the physical product; the supplied sales information explains what belongs in the assortment. Keep these roles clear in the layout so the retailer can move from handling an item to reviewing the relevant material. Include final document formats and any existing sample cartons in the review.

Define retailer versions by their actual selections

A flagship assortment and a smaller account selection may share artwork but differ physically. Record the contents and quantities for each before approving dimensions. This gives the agency a concrete basis for comparing the proposals and avoids treating a shared campaign identity as proof of a shared box fit.

Can different retailers receive different assortments?

List the intended sets and quantities in the enquiry. Different contents may need different layouts, even where the launch artwork is shared; production methods for the versions are confirmed in the quotation.

Should the sales collateral be finalized first?

Its final packed size and thickness matter to the layout. Bring those formats into the dimensional brief and identify who will supply each printed component.

Can you ship the boxes directly to our retail partners?

We can ship your boxes to an agreed destination, including your agency's client or a fulfillment center. If you need separate deliveries to multiple retailers, let us know so the shipping arrangements can be reviewed.

Our launch kit has items of different heights. Will they sit properly?

They can, with the right insert layout. Send us the dimensions of each item, including bottles, cartons, sample packs, or printed materials. We can discuss compartments that keep everything in place instead of leaving items loose inside.

Can we leave room for retailer-specific paperwork?

Yes. We can plan a dedicated space for order forms, wholesale pricing sheets, shelf placement guides, or onboarding instructions, keeping them separate from the product samples.

Put the launch assortment beside the information intended for the retailer. We develop empty custom kits around the samples and final sales-collateral formats so the packaging introduces a complete, identifiable set.
