Custom Virtual Event Kit Boxes
Bring the session to the remote participant, with activity items and instructions arranged around the way they will be used.
Give the remote event a physical point of connection
A virtual event can include shared activities, supplied materials, or a gift that participants encounter at home. The kit brings those elements into the physical setting where the session will be experienced. Its packaging should connect the contents to the event and the role they play in it.
SleekBoxes makes custom virtual event kit boxes around the complete participant set and supplied artwork. The package gives the remote event a branded presence in the participant's space. Session materials and any accompanying gift can be presented in relation to the role each will play in the experience.
A physical connection to the virtual event
A participant kit can include an activity item, a gift, and event information. We develop custom virtual-event kit packaging around those contents, giving the agency a concrete presentation to review for the session.
Include the small components that complete the activity
A tool or sealed container can set the required depth even when it is not the largest item in the list. The fully packed component set gives the dimensional design a useful starting point.
Put session materials in the order they are needed
A participant may use a tool during the event and open a gift afterward. Decide how each item will be used before deciding the first view. The final instruction format and complete activity components can then shape an arrangement, supporting the event rather than presenting every item with equal priority.
Treat the participant package as a filled set
An activity container, tool, or accessory can change both size and weight. Those packed details matter when presentation and outer protection are considered. If each individual needs their own kit mailed, it is a separate delivery requirement to confirm, rather than a service implied by calling the product a virtual-event kit.
Arrange the contents around the session activity
A participant may need one item at the start and another later in the session. Use that order to plan what appears first and how components are reached. Include the final instruction format so the physical kit and supplied event information support the same sequence.
Assess the filled mailing requirement separately
Remote participation often adds an individual delivery requirement. Establish the packed dimensions, weight, destination plan, and required arrival date before a delivery arrangement is agreed. The presentation box's appearance alone does not establish protection in transit; outer packaging and any relevant testing need their own assessment.
Support your agency through approval and delivery
We offer free design support and dielines that help turn your supplied brand material into the packaging proposal. You can also request an existing or custom sample to review the packaging, with project-specific fees and timing; sample charges are credited against the final production order.
We can work under an NDA and deliver directly to your agency’s client. Provide the destination and any sender-label requirements before the order is agreed.
Describe the activity and mailing requirement
Send packed component dimensions, weights, quantity and the date participants need the kits.
We’ll prepare a custom quotation for the contents, artwork and delivery requirements you have described.

Should we include every activity component in the dimensions?
Yes, include the complete packed set. Small tools, sealed containers, instructions, and removal order can determine box depth and insert clearances. Confirm the packed dimensions and weights before approving the layout.
Does the kit include shipping to individual participants?
No. Individual-participant shipping is separate from the empty kit box supply. Confirm the outer protection, recipient fulfillment, distribution responsibilities, and destination requirements in the quotation.
Can the boxes ship directly to an agency or client?
Yes. Direct agency-client delivery is available. Confirm the delivery address, white-label labeling requirements, and receiving deadline before production approval.
What should we confirm before requesting a quote?
Confirm the complete packed contents, recipient quantity, approximate box quantity, destination, and filling responsibility. Include the must-arrive date and artwork.
