The folded form determines the footprint and depth in the box. Label size alone does not describe that space, and different packed sizes may affect the arrangement.
Do we have to order a physical sample for a swag gift box?
No, Physical sampling is optional. An existing or custom sample can be reviewed for folded-apparel fit, accessory placement, card position and removal of the packed items.
